Ingradients:
1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups or 20 oz non fat milk powder
2 tb spoons of unsalted butter or ghee
Pinch of Cardamom powder
How to do:
1. Melt the butter in a microwavable dish.
2. Pour the milk powder and the condensed milk and mix well.
3. Put in the microwave on High power for 1 min
4. Take it out and put a pinch of Cardamom powder and Mix well.
5. Put in the microwave again for another min.
6. Take it out and mix well.
7. Put it in the microwave again for another min and take it out.
You can pour it in a greased pan and cut in to desired shapes or wait to cool it a little bit and put a little bit butter on your hands and roll them into round bite sized balls and flatten them a little bit and and garnish them with roasted almonds and cashews or raisins
